A private program site
ACHOS accounts are created by the program leader. There is no public sign-up. If you use Google to log in, ACHOS accepts it only when the program leader has already connected that exact email address to your account.
Information ACHOS keeps
ACHOS may keep your name, username, an optional Google email, weekly checkpoint answers, checklist submissions, messages you send, and notification preferences or device subscriptions. The program leader can view program records through the admin dashboard.
How the information is used
The information is used to run the ACHOS program, show your own progress, manage weekly content, and send notifications you choose to receive. The site has no advertising features; program information is used to operate and support ACHOS.
Services involved
ACHOS uses Google only for optional sign-in. Better Auth handles login, Convex stores app data, and Vercel hosts the website. Uploaded media and outside video links can be accessible to someone who has the exact link, so private or sensitive material should not be uploaded.
Your choices
You can use your ACHOS username and password instead of Google. You can turn push notifications off at any time. To ask about your information, correct it, or request its removal, contact the ACHOS program leader using the contact details provided to members.
